Baggage service agent

Role:
Responsible for dealing with passenger issues related to lost/stolen baggage or damage to the baggage during the flight.  

Objectives:
  • Efficiency in the role of baggage service agent
  • Deal with passengers whose baggage has been lost or has not arrived on time
  • Track and redirect baggage (communication between two airports: departure and arrival)
  • Record and handle complaints
